Account, booking, and contact details are processed only when you submit them to the configured Sotoon service.

Analytics and cookies

Optional first-party analytics starts only after permission. You can withdraw permission in Privacy preferences. No screen recordings or form contents are collected. Raw events are retained for 90 days and aggregates for 13 months.

Retention and control

Operational retention depends on the configured service. You may ask the operator to access, correct, or delete your information.
